Ellen Brodsky studied Jazz, Tap, and Belly dance, Modern with Klara Koenig, and continues to take classes in body conditioning and Flamenco as well as Ballroom. In 1986, she began social dancing with her husband Joe at the Mary French Studio. Her teaching started in 1990 at a short-lived Arthur Murray Studio on Cape Cod. Certification to teach English at the high school level, earned at the same time, taught her lesson planning, but the classroom control lessons are not necessary with mature and willing students.
She teaches group lessons at Falmouth Night School, the Cape Cod Conservatory, Falmouth, and the Cape Cod Dance Center, Bourne. Private lessons and wedding preparation are also available.
